$48 in 48 Hours Competition Terms and Conditions

METHOD OF ENTRY:

1. Entry is open to Australian residents only who are taking part in Big Aussie Barbie and you must be 16 years or over to be eligible for the prize. Employees of PCFA are ineligible.

2. The competition period starts on Saturday, 28 November 2020 at 12:01 (AEST) and ends on Sunday, 29 November 2020 at 23:59 (AEST) (the “Competition Period”).

3. To enter, entrants must receive a donation or donations equal to $48 or more during the competition period.

4. Only one (1) entry per person permitted.

PRIZES:

5. One prize will be offered consisting of a Masport Equip 6 Burner BBQ or similar. 

The winner of the prize will be chosen by PCFA based on a random draw of eligible entries.

6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

7. PCFA accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred to enter the competition or in connection with taking up the prizes.

8. Once prizes have left the prize supplier’s premises, we take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.

FINAL CONDITIONS:

9. PCFA takes no liability for any tax issues which may arise from accepting a prize in this competition. Consult an independent tax adviser if this is a concern.

10. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.

11. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they make use of the prize voucher before it expires. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of supply to prize winners.

12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, PCFA (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal or permanent injury or loss of life; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

13. PCFA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of PCFA which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, PCFA reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. 14. All details of the entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles and PCFA Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to their full names and/or their entries being used in all media by PCFA.

15. Eligible entrants will be chosen at random by 6pm December 1 2020. Winners will be contacted and will have five days to redeem their prize. In the event that the prize is not redeemed within five days – the prize will be redrawn with no exceptions.
